Organized by Michele Pred, Airco Caravan, and Whitney Bradshaw, the event showcases artist-made flags and invites the public to decorate and wear their own green sashes and capes. The color green, representing the abortion rights movement, symbolizes the "Green Wave" that originated in Latin America.
